Making spirits bright! Oh what fun Art Van Furniture has in store for families this holiday season at its fourth annual Art Van Wonderland display in Warren. The Midwest's No. 1 furniture and mattress retailer's showroom will be brimming with breathtaking holiday trimmings and decor.
Guests will get their first glimpse of this year's spectacle at an official lighting ceremony and private VIP event on Thursday, November 5. The dazzling Art Van Wonderlanddestination will open to the public the following morning for young and old alike to shop, stroll and savor the spirit of the season.
Over one million lights will illuminate the store inside and out and, new this year, the entire front façade and west side of the building will be covered in a glimmering LED light curtain comprised of 22,000 mini red lights, and accentuated with shimmering oversized snowflakes. The towering Christmas tree in the main atrium will twinkle with 2,000 lights and over 600 stunning ornaments. Throughout the store, enormous birch branches adorned with sparkling sequins, metallic touches and holiday-themed decor will be suspended overhead.
Families will feel transported into jolly old St. Nick's cozy living room at Art Van Furniture's new, custom-built, movie-style Santa set, complete with a fireplace, frosted faux windows, ornate velvet throne, and Christmas trees, with classic Lionel trains circling their base, will be imaginatively decorated using toy-themed ornaments.
