HELIO 4000
HELIO 4000

Wall or ceiling-mounted, HELIOTHERME 4000 is the technical and economical solution for heating (HW/Electricity) or cooling (CW-MEG) needs in all the following applications:

  • Tertiary: shops, sports halls, multi-purpose rooms, etc.
  • Industry: workshops, garages, storage warehouses, distribution centres, etc.

Cooling:

  • Built-in condensate drain pan with perforated bottom for complete draining (no risk of bacteriological contamination).
  • Nautical drain coupling, quick and extremely simple installation, no more need for clamps.

Accessories & Controls:
There is the right accessory for each type of installation: fixations, mixing boxes, return-air ducts, special diffusers, speed switch for 3-phase motors, 5-speed autotransformers for single-phase motors, etc.

Process and ATEX applications:
CIAT is a partner to industrial companies and understands theconstraints and needs they face. That is why the HELIOTHERME 4000 range also comes with the following variants:

  • Corrobloc drives that withstand harsh environments,
  • Steel, cupronickel or stainless steel coils, specific surface treatments for use with superheated water, steam, oil, gas and other fluids,
  • Stainless steel or epoxy-coated casings (several colours possible).

Enjoy its performance:

  • All the advantages of CIAT in this HELIOTHERME 4000 range allow you to fully enjoy:
  • All the benefits of this high-range standard diffuser. Because at CIAT, comfort, quiet operation and energy savings are not optional,
  • The quiet operation and efficiency of a high-efficiency Rotorex fan motor,
  • The heating capacity of the high-efficiency coil.

Hear the difference:

  • Rotorex technology: the windings inserted in the fan hub keep the single or three-phase motor cool and ensure optimum efficiency.
  • The airfoil blades on the propeller ensure the best compromise between air flow efficiency and acoustic comfort.
  • The design of CIAT’s innovative JET+ diffuser is based on Bernouilli’s principle of fluid dynamics and NACA 0012 airfoils.
  • The high induction rate of the primary air reduces building warm-up times, resulting in noticeable ENERGY SAVINGS of 15 to 20%.

Feel the power:
CIAT uses a HIGH EFFICIENCY heatexchange coil in this range of HELIOTHERMES, building on over 80 years of experience in heat exchange.

  • Optimum combination of tube geometry, fin design and air-flow circulation.
