The iCLASS RP40 provides a new card reader solution for facilities upgrading from HID 125 kHz Prox to 13.56 MHz iCLASS card access systems. It is a single reader that simultaneously supports HID Prox, iCLASS, MIFARE, and HID multi-technology credentials.

The reader provides specific solutions to system migration challenges when large facilities want to upgrade to contactless smart cards or need to support multiple types of cards within a single building or across multiple facilities.
