Natural Insight, a leader in enterprise cloud and mobile applications for retail merchandising and workforce management, announced today that more than 35 million jobs assignments have been completed on its platform to date. This milestone is a reflection of today’s growing “on-demand” workforce. Contingent workers looking for flexible, part-time work are turning to the retail industry where they can be hired at a moment’s notice. This trend has led to continued growth for Natural Insight, including a 230 percent increase in monthly job assignments over the last three years.

“2017 has been an exciting year. We are very proud to reach such a significant milestone with 35 million completed assignments,” said Stefan Midford, CEO of Natural Insight. “As the retail industry transforms, there is a stronger emphasis than ever before on creating a human-to-human connection with consumers. Helping teams focus on building relationships in-store and driving sales by simplifying workforce management is at the core of our mission. We are excited to be the engine behind an enhanced retail experience across more than 120,000 stores.”

In addition to celebrating record activity, this year also marks 14 years of continuous growth driven by constant innovation. Reveal Analytics and Workforce Health debuted earlier this year and are major contributors to the success of Natural Insight. Reveal Analytics is a powerful reporting and analytics feature designed to give retailers and brands unprecedented transparency into in-store execution. Workforce Health helps tackle one of the biggest challenges for employers — finding and retaining high performing workers. With Workforce Health, employers can access metrics related to their workforce and analyze performance, engagement, and productivity trends in a sleek, visual dashboard.

To date, the company has collected in-store execution information on behalf of hundreds of brands in over 120,000 stores across North America and around the world. Natural Insight is quickly becoming the industry's largest visual verification platform, with more than 1 million photos captured and verified monthly.
