Infotainment and table ordering are on the agenda for Posiflex
Company moves towards engagement-oriented terminal technology
Following the successful launch of the MT Series and its award-winning mobile POS solution, the MT-4008W, Posiflex is committed to expanding its product range with new engagement-oriented technology. This will include health infotainment terminals, such as those used by hospital patients for entertainment, phone and email communication, Internet access and ordering meals, or by doctors to carry out visual consultations at the bedside.
In addition, Posiflex is looking to harness the latest developments in table ordering by designing terminals that can display menus, process orders and take payment without the need for waiting staff.
Posiflex’s innovation in product design has already been acknowledged by the influential Red Dot Awards, which recognized the MT-4008W in this year’s Product Design category, saying that it: ‘meets the exacting ergonomic and mobility requirement. Its classic design radiates professionalism and value.’
