As Zebra Chief Technology Officer Tom Bianculli explained in this podcast, we are proud to have a culture of collaborative innovation that empowers businesses to gain a performance edge, especially at the edge of their operations. That’s why we’re especially excited to announce a collaboration with Microsoft that will connect recently acquired Reflexis Systems’ Real-Time Task Manager and Workforce Scheduler to Microsoft Teams’ Task and Shift applications.

This seamless connectivity will enable retailers and their associates who use Microsoft Teams as their primary system of engagement to leverage the powerful Reflexis backend system and its advanced capabilities to publish work schedules and task lists, syncing in real time between applications. This will optimize how store managers and associates execute in stores, reducing the time spent on cumbersome labor scheduling and task checklists and increasing the time spent engaging with customers, resulting in a more fulfilling experience for everyone.

If you want to learn more about the collaboration between Microsoft and Zebra and how it will energize retailers’ strategies to unify teams, inform priorities and drive performance, I encourage you to contact our team.
