Integration to provide more options
real.de and ROQQIO
The real online marketplace is now also open to retailers working with the ROQQIO Commerce Solutions cloud solution. Thanks to the integration of the ROQQIO Commerce Cloud (previously known as eFulfilment), real is offering retailers two new ways of using its marketplace.
The Commerce Cloud supports retailers in using one of the largest marketplaces in Germany, for example by offering automatic pricing in the competition for the best deal. Retailers who connect to the marketplace via the Commerce Cloud can benefit, for example, from automated price reductions down to a predefined minimum price in order to get their brand name and product highlighted in the high-profile sales feature, the Buy Box.
And in order to simplify product placement on the marketplace and the listing process in general, retailers can link up to existing products that are already on real.de via the Commerce Cloud. This means that there is no need to maintain master data for lots of products.
As a second option, the SaaS platform and real.de also provide a link for third-party suppliers. When using this option, the retailer remains anonymous and handles the logistics for the products it sells. The brand name of real is used for the respective products in this case.
