Elo shares in-store customer engagement strategies
CEO Craig Witsoe will educate luxury retailers at Luxury Interactive Summit 2015
Elo, a global supplier of digital touchscreen solutions, today announced that Chief Executive Officer Craig Witsoe will deliver a keynote session at the Luxury Interactive Summit in London.
Witsoe will share strategies for luxury retailers to help them connect online and in-store experiences to boost shopper engagement, increase in-store sales and build brand loyalty.
Witsoe will present a live session entitled "Connect Online and In-Store for Memorable and Rewarding Shopper Experiences" on Tuesday, 27 October 2015, at 11:50 a.m. BST. To showcase the impact of blending online and in-store environments, Witsoe will share insight on how retailers can increase customer engagement through the use of interactive digital signage solutions in their showrooms.
"Luxury retailers need new and exciting ways to make brick-and-mortar purchases as simple for customers as those made online but still deliver the memorable, personalised service this demographic expects," said Craig Witsoe, CEO of Elo. "At Luxury Interactive, we'll present real-world examples to help luxury retailers better serve this market. Elo interactive digital signage solutions allow brands to bridge the gap between online and in-store shopping environments and maximise revenue."
Today's consumer relies on the convenient, anytime access of e-commerce sites and mobile apps for research and comparison of items, but when it comes to making a purchase, they still want the high-touch interaction of a physical store. Elo interactive touchscreens help retailers improve in-store engagement by enabling them to share consistent, branded content that lines up with the e-commerce experience. Elo's professional-grade touchscreen functionality easily integrates with Google Android or Microsoft® Windows® operating systems. Its cloud-based content management software, EloView, enables simple device and content management, offering such features as operating time scheduling, remote monitoring, unattended updates and usage analytics.
