The two shows annually welcome over 11,000 visitors and offer a great opportunity to discover the latest trends and technologies within these two complementary sectors.

Helen Curl, Event Director for Customer Contact Expo, said: “We are incredibly excited about the show this year, we want to take this opportunity to showcase just how far this industry has come but also really look at the direction that it is heading. The role of those working within call centres and customer services has shifted dramatically in recent years and it is great that we can reflect this with our comprehensive education offering along with new product launches and fantastic networking opportunities.”
