Von Maur opened a new store at The Corners of Brookfield in Brookfield, Wis.The 150,000-square-foot store is the company's first location in Wisconsin.

Known for its selection of brand name and specialty apparel, shoes, accessories and gifts, the store features products from leading brands. Von Maur is also widely-regarded for its superior customer service, including an interest-free charge card, liberal return policy, free gift wrapping, and shipping services.

The opening marks the culmination of the retailer's 15 year push to break into the Milwaukee area. During that time, the family-owned Company has strategically implemented its national growth plans. After expanding beyond its Midwestern footprint in 2011 with the opening of its first location in Georgia, Von Maur has since grown in additional new states including New York, Alabama and Oklahoma.

"After years of analyzing the market, we're thrilled to have found such an exceptional location for us to grow our brand," said Jim von Maur, president of Von Maur. "The Corners of Brookfield offers the community an enticing mix of shopping, dining and lifestyle options that have long been missing from the market. We look forward to filling this void and introducing our high-quality service, selection and overall customer experience to local shoppers."

Easily accessible off Interstate 94, Von Maur serves as the anchor tenant at the newly-constructed The Corners of Brookfield, helping to revitalize a growing, affluent area. The two level Von Maur store features the Company's signature residential ambiance, complete with antiques, original artwork, open-floor plan and music from the store's grand piano.

The Corners of Brookfield store employs upwards of 200 full-time and part-time associates, the majority being full-time. Von Maur offers above-market wages, excellent benefits and a positive, professional work environment. Hours of operation are Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. CST, and Sunday, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. CST.
