BenQ America Corp. announced the availability of four new models in its digital signage series, which will debut at InfoComm 2015. The next-generation signage solutions include the company’s all-new 4K displays, interactive touch panels, ultra-slim monitors for video wall applications, and more.

Combining crisp resolutions, creative placement options, smarter content sharing, and innovative Eye-Care capabilities, the product portfolio allows boardroom, retail, education, hospitality, and transportation settings to easily increase collaboration, enhance information broadcasts, or simply attract attention to any content campaign.

“Our digital signage displays continue to evolve with four great new additions shipping just in time for InfoComm,” said Felix Pimentel, Senior Product Marketing Manager at BenQ America Corp. “Designed with content creation, management, and control in mind, in addition to ease of installation, our panels let businesses engage with customers through stunning content. We’ve taken a bold step in making signage systems smarter for today’s diverse applications. Now equipped with enhancements like Eye-Care tools and mobile sharing capabilities, our new roster takes touchscreen interaction, information displays, and classroom collaboration to entirely new levels.”

Featuring 10 touch points, the 79-inch 4K RP790 and 70-inch RP702interactive displays let users engage with vibrant content using the integrated Android™ PC annotation program. To enrich the visual experience, the panels come equipped with Eye-Care tools such as anti-glare glass to counter light reflection, Low Blue Light technology, and Flicker-free viewing to reduce eye fatigue during prolonged hours of content displaying. Equipped with DisplayNote, a free bundle desktop and mobile application, presenters can create more collaborative environments by streaming any content directly from their computers to multiple participants across various devices. Perfect for classroom and other collaborative environments, BenQ’s QWrite software enables onscreen user interaction by editing, highlighting, and co-creating a wide range of documents. For administrators, BenQ’s Multiple Display Administrator (MDA) software adds remote monitoring and control across multiple units in addition to administering instant equipment performance alerts for IT staff.

With a new line of ultra-slim bezel displays, BenQ enables integrators to create eye-catching video walls. The new 55-inch PL550 provides signage professionals with the world’s smallest bezel-to-bezel gap — only 3.5mm — to create content experiences that are entirely seamless to the viewer. To further facilitate large-scale installations, the panel provides HDMI digital daisy chain capabilities, direct USB flash drive connectivity, video-over-Ethernet (VoE), and BenQ’s MDA software tools. Featuring a lifelike 4K2K resolution and 350 nits of brightness, the elegant 55-inch ST550K is an ultra-slim signage solution that lets businesses engage their customers in simpler and smarter ways. Equipped with the X-Sign content creation and management software, MDA software, and a custom Android operating system that enables USB playback and Mobile High-Definition Link (MHL) connectivity to allow mobile devices to mirror HD content to the monitors, the ST550K is an all-in-one smart signage solution packed with everything needed to deploy and manage content in retail shops, restaurants, and corporate settings.

The new models join BenQ’s existing digital signage offering, which include the DH551F ultra-thin, dual-sided display for high-traffic public areas; BH280 and BH380 bar-type models made to deliver content to dynamic settings; and the transparent TL320C, which unleashes a creative new way to place, display, and promote products in retail settings.
