The requirements of retail for secure and all-purpose payment solutions are increasing steadily. POSCard, the payment solution of POSPartner, is a secure and forward-looking solution for new payment methods and apps.

Just in time for their 20-year anniversary POSPartner GmbH, Königswinter, highlights its competence as an innovative provider of POS solutions for all retailers. So the payment solution POSCard most recently entered the small group of software solutions with globally valid PCI certification.

Companies who emphasize a unified architecture of their IT- and payment- systems benefit from this international “Security-TÜV” for card payment processing. Another important advantage for companies that work with POSCard lies in the fact that with the help of the PA-DSS certification they can achieve their own PCI certificates considerably easier, faster and cheaper.

Safety first

Skimming still is a huge problem in retail business: Criminals spy out data of debitcards at card terminals and then despoil the client accounts. To avoid this POSPartner has developed effective safeguards thanks to the good contacts with the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) The security solution POSSecureGuard offers retailers a security against criminal manipulations of their card terminals which is unmatched to this day. Secure Guard is available for all common operating systems, for all types of card terminals and independent from network providers and acquirers

Fit for the Future

Already until now POSCard offers a wide range of standard features such as payment, gift card- and prepaid card-processing with a maximum of payment comfort, safety and speed. These functions now have been expanded again, namely by trendsetting new payment procedures such as via QR code and Smartphone. This also allows to use the offers of global providers of new payment methods, which are already widely accepted in e-commerce, at the POS-Terminals in a store.

Another important feature that allows the trade to reduce its operating costs is the EFT terminal management with "ManagementConsole".This enables remote online troubleshooting, software checks, updates and remote maintenance. Peter Reich, managing director and owner of POSPartner: "In our jubilee year 2013 we are intent on making our retail customers fit for future innovative payment procedures at all points.
