INTERNET WORLD EXPO 2020
ROQQIO makes retailers fit for the networked future
ROQQIO will participate in this year's INTERNET WORLD EXPO in Munich on March 10 and 11, the information platform for e-commerce decision-makers and Internet professionals. By visiting the ROQQIO booth in Hall C5, POS-C9, retailers will learn how they can offer their customers a shopping experience linked via online and offline channels, thus seamlessly linking e-commerce with the processes in stationary retail stores.
A highlight is the joint speaker slot in the "POS connect" lecture arena with ROQQIO customer ROSE Bikes, a manufacturer of bicycles, which can be individually configured both via the web shop and in the stationary ROSE stores.
With the help of future-proof technologies, ROQQIO contributes to making the retail trade more flexible in order to serve customers exactly where they are currently making their purchasing decisions. No matter whether the customer is online or offline, it is important to accompany them in a continuous process until they have the desired product in the right size and colour in their hands. On the one hand, the customer can compile a shopping basket online at any time and from anywhere and buy articles directly online, pay for them and then either have them delivered to their home or pick them up in a shop. On the other hand, there is also the option of reserving the items first at a desired branch and viewing them there before buying. Keywords here are Click & Reserve and Click & Collect. At the same time, the customer can benefit from personal advice and has the chance, for example, to try on the trousers they have ordered before buying, to choose a different colour or size or to decide on a different article. Annoying returns following a bad purchase are also avoided.
ROQQIO Commerce Cloud
Even a cashless shop can be easily implemented with the help of the self-checkout app for buyers and the corresponding retailer counterpart from ROQQIO. At the same time, these also function as a digital alternative to environmentally harmful receipts made of thermal paper, because the entire purchasing history including receipts can be viewed at any time in the app.
The ROQQIO Commerce Cloud always runs in the background, centrally managing and smoothly processing all orders from the retail, shipping, warehouse and logistics sectors. The solution's modular engine reduces both cost and complexity for users. This is because the Hamburg-based expert for commerce has exactly the right solutions for integrating bricks-and-mortar retail with e-commerce that match the respective business requirements. Together with ROQQIO, retailers are thus embarking on the path to a networked future.
Live interview with Mario Raatz, Managing Director ROQQIO
At the INTERNET WOLRD EXPO, these processes will be illustrated using an actual reference example: Under the motto "Best-of-breed instead of monolith enables agile business planning" Marcus Diekmann, Digital Officer for ROSE Bikes, will be answering questions in a live interview with Mario Raatz, Managing Director ROQQIO. The main topic of the presentation on March 10, at 12:45 p.m., in the lecture arena "POS connect", will be how ROQQIO solutions help ROSE to achieve the set growth targets and why the flexibility of the systems is an important success factor for the agile business planning of the bicycle manufacturer. For the smooth linking of online and offline channels, which offers the buyer a uniform brand experience, the ROQQIO customer is also nominated for the INTERNET WORLD BUSINESS Shop Award in the category "Best Channel Linking". The award ceremony of the Internet business magazine by the same name, which is staging INTERNET WORLD EXPO, will take place on the evening before the trade fair.
The management of ROQQIO will be happy to make themselves available for meetings at the INTERNET WORLD EXPO. Please send us your suggested date by email to ellen@konstant.de; you can reach us by phone at 0211/73063360.
