Patrizia Pepe celebrates opening with Umdasch Shopfitting
Umdasch took care of the entire construction management
On 11 April 2017 the new store for fashion & accessories in the high-end segment finally opened. It is centrally located in the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet in Parndorf.
We take care of everything – in line with this mission statement the Store Makers at Umdasch were responsible for the General Contracting at the new Patrizia Pepe store in the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet in Parndorf. The challenge: instead of the usual five weeks’ preparation the Umdasch experts organised the construction management in just ten days; the subsequent construction time of the new store amounted to 2.5 weeks. On 11 April 2017 the new store for fashion & accessories in the high-end segment finally opened. It is centrally located in the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet in Parndorf. Felix Schüler – GC Project Leader at Umdasch Germany – commented on the project: “We faced a very brisk programme. But with the smooth cooperation between Umdasch Germany and Austria we were able to implement the complex project very skilfully.”
All trades were synchronised
Our GC experts implemented the entire construction project of the 140-m2 store with a high degree of professional expertise and careful management skills: the service portfolio included floor, drywall installation, electrics, ventilation, plumbing and lighting assembly. The special wall structure for the two highlight walls is particularly eye-catching. They were constructed using a special wipe technique which further emphasises the exclusive products. The “icing on the cake”, however, is the lighting installation: built-in spotlights and built-in rail systems make the high-quality product range look as if it is hovering in mid-air.
Umdasch Shopfitting has proved its outstanding service expertise yet again with Patrizia Pepe – in addition to projects like, for instance, Tom Tailor, NYX Professional Makeup, Vorwerk and Lederwaren Voegels – and sets new standards in this direction. The next major GC project is the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, which will be formally opened on 3 May 2017.
