At EuroCIS in Düsseldorf from 24th to 26th February 2015, prudsys AG, leading provider of dynamic omni-channel personalization programs will be presenting its big-data based, real-time customer approach. The presentation will be taking place at the partner stand shared with TERADATA, Stand A49 in Hall 9.

Today, customers expect a personalized shopping experience everywhere - in stores, web shops and on smart phones. In the age of the ‘connected customer’ businesses face a challenge - to target and reach customers with the same efficiency over all channels.

Teradata, a world-wide provider of big data analytical solutions and integrated marketing applications, and prudsys AG will be presenting real-time capable big-data solutions at their shared Partner Stand No. A49 in Hall 9 at EuroCIS 2015 (24.-26.02.2015, Düsseldorf Trade Fair site). The solutions provided aim to provide successful customer contacts at all touch points. prudsys AG will also be presenting some best practice examples showing how businesses can use the prudsys Realtime Decisioning Engine (prudsys RDE for short) to contact their customers on-line and in-store with a targeted, personalized approach.

There are many application scenarios with prudsys RDE. At the point-of-sale in a retail store, for example. During a shopping expedition in a retail store, a customer can display dynamic product recommendations on an in-store TV where the recommendations are based on current customer relevance and store relevance calculated directly in the branch being visited.

Another example is the slot-machine, the hardware or the app installed in many EDEKA supermarkets. This rolls the dice for the current customer and with the help of a price optimizing process calculates the winnings in the form of a discount which the customer then receives as a printed or electronic coupon. The coupon can be used to obtain a discount on future purchases or can be donated to charity.
