During the relocation phase, the headquarters (+49 4347 903 0) and the hotline (+49 4347 903 351) can be reached by telephone. You can also contact most of our staff on mobile phones, please have a look at our website for details.
We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. We will inform you as soon as we have confirmed the new telephone numbers of all staff. All known email addresses will stay the same after the relocation.
Our new premises offer an ample showroom (CEC) and a large training room.

The Xtralis CEC (Customer Experience Center) shows solutions for preventing fire, gas and security threats
From June, we will inspire you with all Xtralis products in a live demonstration over nearly 70 square metres. In addition to all HeiTel hardware and software solutions, we will be able to demonstrate all perimeter protection products including video analysis based on the ADPRO product range FastTrace 2(x). These are fully integrated and are therefore compatible with the central Xtralis platform EMS.
There will also be a live demonstration of the market-leading smoke aspiration systems from the VESDA range and ICAM, as well as the smoke detectors from the OSID series.
Training room
Over a further 76 square metres, we will now be able to offer training in all Xtralis products within our own four walls. In addition to product training sessions, we will also offer training on planning, designing and developing prevention solutions.
