The news was announced during the National Retail Federation’s (NRF's) Retail's Big Show in the US.

Doddle's proprietary software supports a comprehensive set of click and collect (C&C) processes, including the receipt and storage of parcels, order fulfilment, the handling of expired parcels and paperless returns.
