Innovation: AI-powered analytics platform

Workcloud Actionable Intelligence Version 7.0 is the world's first AI-based analytics platform for The Modern Store. The enhanced solution includes a self-service analytics studio equipped with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), enabling users to gain insights from a variety of data sources more efficiently.

The solution uses data to identify savings opportunities and sends corrective actions to customer-facing staff to offset more losses and better capitalise on sales opportunities.

New functions for anomaly detection

The new solution offers extensive functions for AI-supported anomaly detection. With advanced machine learning algorithms, users can quickly recognize unusual patterns in their data and better understand the causes of anomalies. This feature helps organizations respond quickly to unexpected events.

Extended descriptive analysis options

The new Workcloud platform is also characterized by its descriptive analysis options. Users have access to exploratory data analyses that offer specially developed views to better understand relationships between data points. This makes it easier to analyze and use data to support business decisions.

Exploring AI trends in the retail sector

Zebra will provide an overview of trends and developments relating to new AI solutions for the retail sector, with the latest insights into new developments from Google, at the Retail AI Christmas Summit in Bonn, Germany, which will take place on 4 November 2024. This event offers retailers the opportunity to learn about the latest technologies and exchange ideas about the applications.
