The 5 brands have all signed up to the software-as-a-service solution in 2013 to improve the customer experience online and increase conversion.

Co-founder and chief executive of Fits.me, Heikki Haldre, commented: “Across the UK and Europe, brands are telling us the same thing: they aim to improve the customer experience and engagement levels of their brand online. For clothing retailers, the fitting room is a key part of that.”

“Marketers are being asked to improve engagement and conversion rates online, in-store, and through channels such as mobile and social. With marketing budgets being pulled in countless directions, marketers need to be sure they will be getting return on investment. We deliver ROI for brands both big and small,” he continued.

“The next step for us is mobile – we are currently finalising a mobile edition that will deliver the full Virtual Fitting Room service to smartphones and tablets, and giving thought to the possibilities of a smartphone app,” said Haldre.
