System:
The 3M™ MicroTouch™ System SCT7650EX consisting of a touch screen, a corresponding controller and driver software is based on the capacitive SCT3250 touch screen with patented ClearTekTM coating. On the backside of the touch sensor a 4mm glass is optically laminated to ensure increased impact resistance (UL-60950-1 standard). The touch screen is available in display sizes from 12 to 22 inch or as a custom product in sizes from 6,4 to 32 inch.
Function / Features:
SCT7650 touch screens offer increased impact and shatter resistance due to their solid construction. Further, the design favours a bright and sharp image. Light transmission is at 86,5%. These touch screens are IP66/NEMA 4 standard sealable and very robust versus environmental influences. The ClearTekTM coating of the touch sensor offers high scratch resistance, improved scroll performance due to a smooth surface as well as chemical resistance. Finally the EX controller of the system provides industry-leading touch performance respectively touch response time.
