Hoeft & Wessel increases focus on its Skeye mobile terminals in the UK

Hoeft & Wessel, the leading IT and engineering technology Group for ticketing, parking and mobile solutions in Great Britain and Germany, plans to strengthen its sales and marketing activities for Skeye mobile terminals in the UK. Following the appointment of Paul Carrington (45) the company now employs a dedicated UK Sales Manager at its location in Swindon, west of London. Paul Carrington has 20 years of sales experience in the Mobile Enterprise and will extend the channel distribution of Skeye mobile solutions via partners in the UK. Paul has a degree in engineering and a great deal of knowledge of the UK´s Auto-ID industry.
Hoeft & Wessel sees a great opportunity in the UK to really expand its market position on mobile solutions. The growth of the Skeye business in the UK will be achieved through the implementation of a strong Channel programme and working with strategic partners to promote its Windows CE and Windows Embedded Handheld wireless mobility solutions into the retail, T&L and field service markets. The Skeye Partner programme allows for a range of different engagements and gives good benefits to Partners that commit to the Skeye programme. The Royal Automobile Club RAC has deployed 2,000 skeye.pad Tablet computers from Hoeft and Wessel to help deliver a high quality breakdown service to all its members.
