The new Mini-BFL - the perfect light for fresh food products!

BFL stands for BÄRO Food-Light. The Mini-BFL is our special lighting for fresh produce, such as meat, fruit + vegetables, and breads, cakes and pastries.

Due to new technology the Mini-BFL is smaller and more economical, yet gives a brighter and clearer light!

Patented filter technology and minimal heat build-up ensure maximum protection against premature greying and discolouration of meat and sausage products, and protection for fresh foods against drying out and prematurely changing colour.

But why choose the Mini-BFL????

1. New technology has created a much higher reflector efficiency and light quality, resulting in a perfect product presentation and therefore higher sales.

2. Despite being as small as a Halogen lamp, the Mini-BFL still gives out a much brighter light.

3. The Mini-BFL weighs up to 60% less, and therefore can easily be attached to suspended ceilings or artificial walls.

4. The Mini-BFL uses up to 8% less energy, and therefore helps toward cost savings.

5. The electronic control gear can now be placed up to 2metres away from the lamp, rather than the usual 30cm. It can also be supplied with 8metre length cable if necessary.

6. The electronic ballast means that if one lamp fails, the others are not effected and will continue to work.

7. Due to the increase from 50Hz to 135Hz the light is clearer with no flickering.

8. The Lamp Life of the BFL has increased by 25% from 12,000 hours to 15,000 hours.

9. As with all other BA.RO products the Mini-BFL is available in all RAL-Colours.
