BARO FOOD - LEDs especially for meat products

Boost sales with light: from 21 - 23 October 2012 at the SÜFFA trade fair in Stuttgart BARO will be presenting the latest developments for energy-efficient and sales-promoting product lighting in butcher's shops.

The company's trade fair presentation in hall 6 (stand D 31) will focus on the LED food module with the exclusive BARO FOOD light colour that has been specially developed for illuminating meat and sausage products. The BARO FOOD light colour enables optimisation of natural colours in a quality never attained before with LED technology. Numerous luminaires from the BARO range - for example the Intara RD 190 recessed luminaire - are available with the LED food module.

In addition to LED technology BARO is presenting further light solutions that enable fresh foodstuffs to be gently illuminated with optimum colour rendering. For example, different discharge lamps such as the new e-BFL fresh and the fully developed MBFL will be presented, enabling visitors to experience their lighting effects - also in combination with the patented filter developed by BARO. The well-proven OvalBasic reflector will also be on display. Thanks to its oval light distribution pattern serving counters can be illuminated very evenly and without brightness peaks that could damage products.

The BARO Air Hygiene division is also represented at the stand and will be presenting innovative solutions for air and surface disinfection with UV-C light.
