For ten years now the young lifestyle brand Crocs has been setting fresh and colourful trends in the realm of shoe fashion. Innovative LED lighting that Ansorg has designed and implemented for many European Crocs stores lend the shops attractiveness and set the scene for the brand in an optimum way.

The LED lighting convinces primarily as a result of its excellent rendition of the bright and cheerful shoe fashion-colours and a high shine on the goods. Depending on the room architecture and the ceiling characteristics recessed or power-track mounted spotlights are used in the stores.

Dynamic atmosphere is created

The Crocs store in Bristol serves as a good example of a recessedmounting concept. Serving as the lighting solution throughout is the LED spotlight Cardo CRL, fitted out with a 4000 lumen package. Three different beam angles take account of the individual goods carriers and generate a dynamic atmosphere. Flood reflectors in the peripheral areas ensure wide-area and homogeneous illumination of the wall shelves. Luminaires with narrower-beam medium-flood reflectors are directed at the small goods carriers in the middle of the room. In the display window area spot reflectors set selective highlights.

Decorative elements support the lighting solution

In Greenhithe in Kent, the store and lighting concept has been particularly structured. Decorative wooden elements on the walls and suspended from the ceiling give the room a unique ambiance. Then large side wall is evenly illuminated by the recessed LED spotlights of the model Cardo CBL. The power track-mounted spotlight Tecno TBL accentuates the goods carriers in the middle of the room and on the rear wall and places additional highlights on the side wall. Here the higher luminous flux as well as the narrower beam angle of the Tecno TBL produce an attractive contrast.
