TRILUX presents strong innovations for the retail sector

To stand out from online retailers, bricks-and-mortar retailers are focusing on creating exceptional shopping experiences. At Euroshop 2026, TRILUX will demonstrate the role lighting plays in this transformation from 22 to 26 February 2026 in Düsseldorf, Hall 9, Stand A02.

Rethinking retail: experience instead of just buying

Physical retail spaces are evolving into experiential environments. The aim is to inspire, showcase brands, and engage customers. Concepts such as "Retail Fusion" combine formats, functions, and styles - from high fashion settings with exposed concrete to shoe stores that transform into event locations in the evening. The lighting plays a central role in shaping these new shopping worlds, both atmospherically and functionally, through light and luminaire design. “Whereas efficiency and cost were once the primary focus, today the emphasis is on lighting quality, smart functionality, flexibility, and design,” explains Joachim Schürholz, Managing Director, TRILUX Retail GmbH.

Four retail worlds at the exhibition stand 

Within four retail worlds, TRILUX will demonstrate its interpretation of the change in the retail sector, translated into spatial experiences and lighting scenarios. "The Market" shows that shopping today is more than just a quick errand: The sales floor becomes a marketplace, a place for interactions, exchange, and inspiration. In "The Stage", the space becomes a platform where lighting tells the product story. "The Calm" focuses on exclusive minimalism in lighting design, while "The Aisle" transforms classic supermarket aisles into curated themed worlds. 

In line with these innovative concepts, TRILUX will also present a range of new products at EuroShop that take retail lighting to the next level: 

Lenty - new lens optics, new variants

The Lenty family is a versatile system of lens spotlights that offers first-class, precise illumination for a wide range of retail applications. TRILUX has further developed the portfolio with a focus on new lens technology that significantly improves light quality, reduces glare and increases efficiency by 15 per cent. The range is complemented by new mounting options and multi-head solutions for trunking applications.
