Dirk Ulrich Hindrichs new Chairman of the Supervisory Board

At the Annual General Meeting of Hoeft & Wessel AG, a new Supervisory Board was elected on schedule.

In Dirk Ulrich Hindrichs, the managing shareholder of D.U.H. GmbH & Co. KG and former managing personally liable partner of Schüco International KG (a limited partnership) und Johannes Feldmayer, chief representative of HEITEC AG and former member of the Group Management Board of Siemens AG, two personalities of note from the business community were elected. The Supervisory Board is complete by Christoph Hartmann, chief representative of Droege International Group AG. At the subsequent constitutive meeting, Dirk Ulrich Hindrichs was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

At the Annual General Meeting, Rudolf Spiller, CEO of Hoeft & Wessel AG, explained that the Company intended to remain in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and that he perceived the present shareholder structure as a good basis for the Company's future success.

Hoeft & Wessel AG pursues a growth strategy in the framework of which the Company strives to further develop into a provider of solutions as 'Mobility as a Service'.
