Since September Ken Hale has managed the BARO subsidiary BARO Lighting (UK) Ltd. based in Manchester.
Following a degree in German and French at the University of Mainz and a further qualification in "International Marketing" from Greenwich University in London, he worked for various companies, predominantly in the field of export and also as a branch office manager.
His career spanning more than 30 years has included employment at well-known companies in the lighting and construction industries such as as Schweitzer Ladenbau, Oktalite, Trilux and Osram. The passionate rugby and sailing fan is married, has two children and lives in Danbury, Essex.
