The IWD, specialist for retail market research, is expanding further. In the future the company offers its services with respect to the topic of POS customer surveys and mystery shopping also in Spain and Portugal. By these two new locations in Madrid and Lisbon the IWD continues its expansion strategy and is extending its southern European country portfolio.
The market research institute, which is currently present in 18 countries and operating among others offices in Krakow, London and Athens, is now offering tools such as catchment area analysis, location studies and mystery shopping for the Spanish and Portuguese retail industry as well. The project teams are led by Judith Hurtos as well as Jose Munoz in Spain and by Joao Coelho in Portugal.
