Carrier Commercial Refrigeration Opens Finland Headquarters
Strengthens Presence in European Nordic Countries
Carrier Corp., a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX), will inaugurate its Food Retail Distribution Finland headquarters at an opening ceremony today. Located in Mäntsälä (60 kilometers north of Helsinki), the new headquarters is an important step in further strengthening Carrier Commercial Refrigeration’s position in Finland.
Key customers and partners will attend today’s ceremony, hosted by Philippe Delpech, president of Carrier Commercial Refrigeration, the Carrier Food Retail Distribution Finland team and other senior managers from Carrier Commercial Refrigeration. "This opening demonstrates the significant and sustained investment by Carrier Commercial Refrigeration in the region and signifies the growth potential we see in Finland,” said Delpech.

Carrier Commercial Refrigeration first entered Finland in 2000 following the acquisition of Electrolux Refrigeration. In 2007, the company grew with the acquisition of Suomen Kylmätalo Oy.
The newly opened Finnish office, located at Mustamäentie 42 in Mäntsälä, is part of the Carrier Commercial Refrigeration Group, based in Paris, France.
