... these are the core features of the CamControl software family, offering custom solutions ranging from standalone applications with optional Multi-Site support, to sophisticated monitoring centre applications with MultiUser functionality. The monitoring centre manager can choose between two options: A multi-user, networked based, fully self contained system with video management and database supported alarm management; or a solution that can be integrated into a monitoring centre’s own system via HeiTel’s video server. The latter connects all HeiTel video transmitters (irrespective of age or function), directly to the superordinate monitoring centre software. HeiTel’s tried and tested ease-of-use philosophy continues in the new user interfaces and menu functions. Clear and unambiguous menu design makes operation easier, despite the growing technological complexity.
