Bosch significantly expands Advantage Line product range

  •  Public Address and fire detection products now also part of the portfolio
  •  Great versatility, reliability and ease of use
  •  Specifically designed for small to mid-sized applications

Bosch Security Systems is significantly expanding its Advantage Line range. By adding new video products, and, for the first time, fire and public address solutions, the customer can now organize complete security and audio systems for any small to mid-sized application. From May onwards, the full range of new Advantage Line products is available for the benefit of customers at Advantage Line distributors.

Advantage Line – already a success story
Specifically designed for applications like small shops, office buildings, schools or gasoline stations, the Advantage Line was first introduced in mid-2011. All products in the line feature high performance and reliability, and are easy to install, maintain and operate. Combined with just the right amount of features, this ensures that both time for installation and costs are kept to a minimum.
Up to now, only video solutions were part of the Advantage Line. “Due to the success of the first wave of the Advantage Line, we are happy to introduce this second pillar of products onto the market,” says Gert van Iperen, President of Bosch Security Systems. “The enhanced line is designed to match the growing demands of installers and customers for price-competitive security and safety products for smaller installations.”

…and the story continues
As of May, the Advantage Line also includes public address and fire detection products. This incorporates a comprehensive range of mixer amplifiers, microphones, ceiling loudspeakers and speaker cabinets from the Bosch Public Address systems range. One of the additions to the fire device segment is the popular Conventional Fire Panel 500 Series, which is specifically designed for shops, warehouses, office buildings and schools. Furthermore, it comprises three different panel types for up to eight zones and 256 detectors. The Automatic Fire Detector 320 Series and the discreet, flush-mount Smoke Detector 500 Series will also be available in the new format. These state-of-the-art devices offer a maximum of protection and reliability combined with ease of maintenance.

Analog and IP video systems were the first products under the Advantage Line and these remain highly popular today. The IP cameras come in a range of options – as compact cameras or discreet domes and for indoor or outdoor surveillance. Customers can furthermore choose between standard resolution, HD or integrated IR models. Analog cameras from the Advantage Line range can be ordered as indoor or outdoor fixed and PTZ mini domes, as subtle mini-bullet cameras or as integrated infrared domes and bullet cameras. Now this range will be enhanced with HD IP-based micro dome cameras and analog 650 TV Lines (TVL) indoor and outdoor mini dome cameras.
Even after the market introduction of this second wave, Bosch Security Systems will continue to expand the Advantage Line, with the next additions scheduled for fall 2012.
