Bluestar appoints Eric Knaapen as Country Manager DACH & Benelux
BlueStar, the leading global distributor of solutions-based ADC, Mobility, Point-of-Sale, RFID, Digital Signage, and ID & Security technology, has announced the appointment of Eric Knaapen to the position of Country Manager for the DACH region, which includes Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Mr. Knaapen most recently served as BlueStar’s Country Manager for Benelux and is now expanding his responsibilities to the entire Central Europe Region. Mr. Knaapen will be responsible for sales strategies and organization in the region, which is crucial for BlueStar’s expansion and consolidation strategy in Europe. BlueStar recently reinforced its presence in this region with the creation of a new company, BlueStar Europe Distribution, B.V. and a new central warehouse based in Veldhoven, the Netherlands.
“Eric has the exact knowledge and expertise we need to implement our EMEA Strategy, combining a new centralized and larger stock with the local values that makes BlueStar a great partner,” said BlueStar’s EMEA President, Albert Baranera.
