Advantage Line DVRs now support third-party hard disks
Allowing customers to use pre-existing hard drives
The Advantage Line product range from Bosch designed for video surveillance applications combines professional security features with affordability. This makes the Advantage Line a particularly ideal choice for smaller installations.
To offer even more flexibility with this integrated solution, the Digital Video Recorder (DVR) series 440/480 and 600 now also support third-party hard disks, allowing customers to use their preferred or existing drives. In this way, Bosch once again proves its ability to provide adaptive solutions for its customers. A list of tried-and-tested third-party hard disks is given in the in-struction manual.
Bosch will continue to offer its own professional hard disks with their 24/7 op-erating capability and three-year warranty, alongside opening up the Ad-vantage Line Digital Video Recorders to third party products.
