Greater customer satisfaction with the new "Wanzl Services"

Customers value cleanliness and working self-service systems in-store. According to the "Discount 2006" study, which highlighted emerging trends in retail commerce and was carried out by the corporate consulting firm bbw Marketing, the importance of service, competent advice and attentiveness will rise over the next ten years. The six new service modules from "Wanzl Services" support this trend: They guarantee uninterrupted operation of the valuable, long-lasting self-service systems from Wanzl for the entire life cycle of the product, even in frequent daily use. The new service modules also offer regular technical maintenance with the skill and expertise of the manufacturer. They prevent problems with product liability and maintain the value of investments in the long term. The resulting increase in customer satisfaction can lead to significantly higher sales for the store.

Modules for more service
The "Install" service module includes installation services for customer guidance systems, trolley shelters and shopping trolley refits; the "Repair" module offers repair services for self-service systems; and the "Parts" service ensure the use of original Wanzl spare parts, preserving the full three-year warranty.
With the "Clean" service, Wanzl provides a cleaning service for shopping and transport trolleys that does not damage their surfaces and is environmentally friendly.
Depending on the number of trolleys, they are steam-cleaned manually or using the Wanzl mobile washer, which cleans up to 1,200 shopping trolleys immaculately and hygienically to a consistent quality using sterile water. The specially developed cleaning agent we use, "Swip", is certified and combines environmental safety with proven food hygiene. Customers appreciate the cleanliness, and the store also profits by gaining the edge on the competition and preserving the value of the shopping trolleys long-term. Our solid service network ensure the presence of an "installer on site" for the four "Install", "Repair", "Parts" and "Clean" services. Wanzl also offers the two modules "Concept" and "Finance" as an additional service. The "Concept" service module includes consulting and planning services for shopping trolley logistics and for optimal positioning of customer guidance systems and trolley shelters. The "Finance" service provides companies with individual leasing options for self-service systems, allowing them to profit from greater flexibility and liquidity. The individual service modules can be selected and grouped in any combination. In addition, Wanzl offers several tailor-made service packages.
