Sligro introduces new store concept in Maastricht

‘The complete food experience' by Smeva

The store, which was recently opened, has a surface of 14.000 square meters and offers over 45.000 different articles, wants to offer ‘the complete food experience’. The store in Maastricht is the first branch of the next generation of Sligro stores, also referred to as ‘Sligro 3.0’.

The new store concept will serve as the example for further development of other Sligro stores in the Netherlands. Besides a significant number of self service cabinets Smeva supplied the serve-over counters for the fish, meat and cheese departments

Now, the end of 2016, a large number of stores according to this formula renovated or newly built. The following projects are already planned.
