Over 300 million consumer-to-business connections with TimeTrade
TimeTrade, the leading online appointment scheduling platform for the world’s largest brands, has reached a milestone by enabling 300 million consumer-to-business connections. This achievement equates to over 3 Billion dollars in annual commerce.
"The need for improving in-store and in-brand customer experience has become a critical priority for retailers,” explains CEO Gary Ambrosino. “Hundreds of banks and retailers selected TimeTrade in 2014 to drive that objective and we have seen the growth in deployment usage grow quite rapidly. In fact, in the time it takes to read this, another 100 appointments are being scheduled using TimeTrade."
Ambrosino adds, "We recently conducted a survey of over 1,200 consumers regarding their perceptions and habits around retail shopping. Nearly 90 percent of respondents revealed they are more likely to buy when helped by a knowledgeable associate.
