hybris launches hybris Extend to give customers maximum business impact from its Commerce solutions

hybris, a leading provider of multichannel commerce and communication software, today announced the launch of hybris Extend – a new online marketplace giving customers instant access to best-of-breed and fully certified partner applications, value-add services and complementary business solutions all of which are optimized to work with the hybris Commerce platform.

The launch of this new portal-style application repository means customers can fine tune and optimize their hybris solution to increase revenue, enhance the customer experience, or instigate innovative multichannel commerce and communication initiatives without unnecessary risk or complexity. Currently, hybris Extend covers applications in areas such as analytics, channels, community and social, content, fulfillment, infrastructure, marketing and communications, payments and tax, personalization, and search and navigation.

Using the hybris Extend ‘app-style’ distribution portal customers can configure add on solutions that best suit their needs or vertical industry, and instantly discover all the additional features and functions hybris’ partners can bring to their business.

Using hybris Extend, customers and system integrators can search from a list of recommended partners, all of whom are leading players in their markets. Selecting specific partners enables users to view details of integrations and applications or common integration experience, all of which helps customers and system integrators to reduce project costs, cut implementation times and enhance their hybris commerce solution with all the additional functionality they need.
