Manufacturers will meet with PRO Group-affiliated distributors at the annual Group Merchandising Conference (GMC) June 15-17, 2015 at the Embassy Suites Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park.

During the 3 day conference vendors will have the opportunity to demonstrate and showcase products to distributor buyers in suites with private, prearranged meeting times.

According to Steve Synnott, President & CEO of PRO Group, Inc., “The GMC has paved the way for new group manufacturers to gain traction within the network of PRO Distributors. The focal point of the event is private, scheduled 30-minute meetings between buyers and sellers. These meetings present a uniquely valuable opportunity to launch new products, line extensions and promotions.”

PRO Group Director of Merchandising Brendan Sullivan, along with Joy Smith, Merchandise Manager, other PRO Group staff and PRO Member Distributor Companies will meet with manufacturers and distributors during the event.

“The GMC is a unique and productive opportunity for new and prospective manufacturers to get in front of the PRO Group Distributor Membership,” says Sullivan. “The mix of PRO Hardware, FARM MART, and GardenMaster Distributors allows for an outstanding selling opportunity for both existing and new manufacturer partners in a casual and convenient setting. The GMC is a great place to grow your business.”

Only a few exhibiting slots remain available for hardware, farm, and lawn & garden manufacturers interested in meeting with distributors at this year's GMC. Manufacturers interested in attending should contact Brendan Sullivan at PRO Group, Inc. by phone at (303)792-3000 or email at brendan.sullivan@pro-group.com to be directed to the appropriate merchandising contact.
