SMARTRAC at EuroCIS: Reshaping the retail business
Improving the consumer experience and enabling a new era of merchandise visibility: those are SMARTRAC’s showcases to retailers, brand owners and consumers visiting its booth hall 9B14 at EuroCIS 2015 in Dusseldorf, Germany, from 24-26 February.
During the event, labeled as “The Leading Trade Fair for Retail Technology”, the RFID technology leader will present its RFID and NFC portfolio, and demonstrate solutions and use cases implemented with renowned partners from across the industry.
At EuroCIS, there will be a brand solution on display that uses embedded SMARTRAC NFC tags. By tapping a simple smartphone on the tagged item, end users can enhance their consumer and brand experience.
Additional demo areas will cover global traceability and enhanced managed services, innovative branding and packaging solutions in item-level tagging from source-to-store, and global leading marketing solutions bridging the digital and physical worlds.
Another leading demo area will showcase how to connect merchandise to the digital world with SMARTRAC’s groundbreaking cloud-based platform SMART COSMOS, and how that will help to make the Internet of Things (IoT) finally come alive. SMARTRAC will showcase related platform services such as FLOWS, OBJECTS and PROFILES, which are available now, and will give insights into retail-related use cases.
All showcased solutions will play a pivotal role in reshaping the retail business by enabling a new era of merchandise visibility, and enhancing the consumer experience.
“We invite every retail professional and brand owner to join us in Dusseldorf and explore how RFID solutions can create value for their business. SMARTRAC and its partners are very proud to present a wide range of innovative RFID use cases and leading industry solutions that will reshape the retail business in the near future,” says Torsten Strauch, SVP Segment Retail at SMARTRAC.
