NCR is expanding its channel partner network with the appointment of Jarltech Europe GmbH, the retail, hospitality and computer solutions company, as a European distributor. NCR will provide powerful point-of-sale and kiosk systems to supplement Jarltech’s solution portfolio in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, France, Denmark, and Sweden.

NCR will also provide on-site maintenance services in Germany and Austria, which will be extended to other countries in the future. This gives Jarltech’s resellers and system integrators access to high quality, future-proof solutions from a market leading global brand manufacturer.

Resellers and system integrators can use Jarltech as a single source for a wide range of products. Its extensive warehouse and short delivery times will help to ensure resellers to meet tight customer project deadlines.

The new partnership will help Jarltech expand its business by offering NCR hardware and peripherals such as point-of-sale systems, kiosks, POS printers, scanners, customer displays, monitors, cash drawers and keyboards. This includes the energy efficient and versatile all-in-one RealPOS 25 and RealPOS 40 POS terminals, that offer an attractive price-performance ratio, or the powerful and compact NCR SelfServ 60 kiosk solution, that helps companies deliver a faster and more interactive service to customers.

“Hospitality and retail businesses are looking for reliable, integrated solutions that help to relieve them of administrative tasks”, said Axel Schmidt, sales director at Jarltech Europe GmbH. “Jarltech’s channel partnership with NCR will allow us to address this need specifically via our reseller and system integrator network and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.”

Through its partner network and direct salesforce, NCR markets self-service and assisted-service solutions in over 120 countries worldwide. NCR partners play a crucial role in providing NCR’s solutions for companies in a wide range of industries.

“NCR’s solutions help retailers and hospitality providers improve productivity and the consumer’s shopping and restaurant experience. Our channel partners will allow us to reach companies of various types and sizes and continue to penetrate the market,” explains Helmut Baumann, Indirect Channel Leader Central Europe at NCR.

“At the same time, NCR’s channel partners are able to offer their customers added value thanks to our service portfolio. This portfolio is based on our international, comprehensive and cross-industry service network and our many years of experience in monitoring and supporting over two million point-of-service systems globally.”
