Acoustics – sound sells

A revolutionary new system - a world first in retail space design - with amazing sound absorption capabilities and a major influence on customer buying decisions. What makes the technology so amazing is its efficiency. The thinness of the material compared to its sound absorption capability. Indeed, never before has anything so thin been able to absorb not just high and mid-range sounds, but also low frequencies, so effectively.

This exclusive sound absorber system from KIND can be used in a variety of different ways and is a true world-first that doesn't just absorb sound amazingly effectively but also opens up a whole range of application and combination possibilities hitherto undreamt of. As you'd expect, every one of the new acoustic units can be integrated perfectly, and combined individually, with existing KIND shopfitting systems. Three systems, each offering different degrees of absorption and different design possibilities, really leave nothing to be desired.

Steel rear panels with waxLucents is the entry into the world of acoustics management in shopfitting. This combination can have light shone through it, thereby also meeting design requirements. Steel rear panels with foamed slits have what is already a very high degree of absorption. They can be colour-matched as required and fit in with existing systems brilliantly.

WaxShapes offer the highest degree of absorption, have an elegant surface which is soft and pleasant to touch and can be finished in a variety of different colours and shapes. The KIND acoustics system allows you to shape the moment the buying decision is made, and to make it entirely relaxed and free of distracting acoustic disturbances. People who are feeling relaxed in an uncluttered environment are better able to concentrate on their purchases and are more open to "buy me" messages.

As a result, creating a peaceful, harmonious atmosphere is one of the keys to doing great business. Staff, too, will feel better in this atmosphere and be able to take a much more relaxed approach to their work. Noise creates stress, and the KIND acoustics system can help reduce this significantly. This will make itself felt favourably on the working environment and on staff sickness levels.

And, in addition, moments of enjoyment and brand messages can be turned into acoustic experiences. By introducing active acoustics, music and other sounds can be used to enhance the customer shopping experience and have an even stronger effect on purchasing decisions.
