G.O.L.D. Vocal is a Warehouse Execution System (WES) for hands-free, eyes-free warehouse operations which utilises uses advanced voice recognition and speech synthesis technology to enable warehouse operators to communicate effortlessly with the warehouse management system (WMS) G.O.L.D. Stock. Each operator is equipped with a mobile transaction computer terminal, a voice-directed portable computer, by means of which voice orders, verbal requests for information as well as order execution confirmations can be communicated by voice.
G.O.L.D. Vocal is a WES enhancement module to the G.O.L.D. Stock WMS and includes:

TalkFace Server The suite of applications that process and control all data traffic between G.O.L.D. Stock and the warehouse operators. The TalkFace Server communicates via a network with G.O.L.D. Stock and the operators communicate with the TalkFace Server through wireless RF Access Points.
TalkFace - The TalkFace system consists of:
- Terminal & Operator Manager: terminal management (send software, updates and information, group and task assignment) and parameter management (voice templates, vocabulary, volume, speech speed, type of headset, etc).
- Pick Manager: operator and system request management (data traffic management).
- Support Manager : on-line customer service (TalkFace Server remote access).
- Import / Export Manager : information import and conversion.
- MIS Manager: view and update information about the work at hand, assign orders, set priorities and many more features including multiple report functions.
