Dallmeier presents full HD PTZ dome camera at G2E Las Vegas
Once again this year, Dallmeier will be exhibiting at the G2E, which will take place from November 17 to 19, 2009, in Las Vegas. Among other developments, Dallmeier will showcase the new HD end-to-end solutions, of which the full HD PTZ dome cameras are a particular highlight.

Full high-definition PTZ camera for security applications
With the DDZ4010-YY/HS/HD DOMERA® Dallmeier presents a full HD high-speed PTZ dome which was specifically developed for the professional security market and to the highest demands regarding quality and reliability – Quality made by Dallmeier, made in Germany!
The full HD camera series by Dallmeier, which also includes a fix dome camera besides the PTZ model, is particularly characterised by the use of a ‘native HD sensor’ with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels i.e. a ‘real’ HD resolution as compared to other manufacturers who create an artificial 16:9 HD resolution from a 4:3 megapixel resolution. Moreover, the unique SmartZoom functionality guarantees the best possible zoom quality.
Naturally, the Dallmeier high-definition cameras are equipped with the proven Cam_inPIX® technology. They feature a high dynamic range and an excellent control action, thus providing detailed and true-colour image material.
Owing to the high-end DSP processor (‘Digital Signal Processing’) the HD cameras offer a platform with investment protection and one that will enable many more functions in the future (programmable), while remaining open for updates or other further developments. Consequently, Dallmeier HD cameras remain state-of-the-art for long time and are always up-to-date.
In order to be able to transmit, record and archive the high image quality of the HD cameras Dallmeier offers complete HD end-to-end solutions, ranging from cameras to encoders and decoders right up to recording devices and video management software. Thereby, all components are perfectly coordinated and thus guarantee the best possible results.
Open platform – 3rd party integration
Every CCTV/IP casino solution from Dallmeier is principally designed to be able to serve as a platform for third-party integration. This means that the entire Dallmeier product range, from cameras to recorders and storage systems and video management software, can be integrated into any kinds of third-party systems. Likewise, third-party systems or individual components can be integrated into existing Dallmeier solutions.
Existing Dallmeier systems can be easily upgraded to HDTV technology. The system can be expanded by HD cameras without having to replace the equipment that is already in place (investment protection). A mixed operation with existing peripheral technology is possible.
