Taking place from 30th September to 1st October the free to attend event will provide valuable insight, product innovations and unrivalled networking opportunities across the two days.

Customer Contact Expo will once again run alongside eCommerce Expo, the UK’s biggest marketplace for buyers and suppliers of the latest ecommerce technology, products and services. The two shows annually welcome over 11,000 visitors and offer a great opportunity to discover the latest trends and technologies within these two complementary sectors.

Helen Curl, Event Director for Customer Contact Expo, said: “We are incredibly excited about the show this year, we want to take this opportunity to showcase just how far this industry has come but also really look at the direction that it is heading. The role of those working within call centres and customer services has shifted dramatically in recent years and it is great that we can reflect this with our comprehensive education offering along with new product launches and fantastic networking opportunities.”

With unrivalled support from key trade associations including the UK Contact Centre Forum, Call Centre Managers Association and The Forum, Customer Contact Expo will once again bring the leading names in customer services and the contact centre industry together to discuss the prominent issues affecting the sector including single customer view, consistent Omni & Multi channel delivery, employee engagement and Big Data whilst also enabling visitors to source the latest products and services that have launched this year.
