Jeffery West exquisite designer shoes are exceptional in their workmanship and have a loyal customer following. The shops also offer a range of traditional gentlemen’s accessories, all handmade in England, wonderfully re-imagined to compliment the themes and styles of the footwear.

Jeffery West chose MICROS Kachng, Cloud POS, pay-as-you-go Software as a Service (SaaS) based point of sale solution, where the entire application can be run in a browser on a tablet, smartphone or traditional POS, as a cost effective and robust application to replace their aging retail systems. As a cloud-based solution, both the application and entered data are held in a secure PCI compliant central environment, hosted by MICROS.

Jeffery West produce most of their designs in limited runs and need to be able to locate stock from across the business easily to fulfill both store and web sales. Drawn by the real-time information on sales and stock, Jeffery West chose MICROS Kachng as a platform that could not only locate stock instantly but also provide up to the minute data on which to base business decisions.

Personalised service is important to the company. Customer details and preferences will be held in the system along with full transactional history allowing Jeffery West to identify clients in any store and deliver the best possible levels of service. Returns and refunds are easily processed without the need for the original receipt as proof of purchase. This customer information will also be used for target marketing.
